What is a cadetship? A cadetship is paid employment that complements undergraduate studies within a related field, offering the cadet an opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience while at university. This enhances students’ employment prospects and provides a springboard to their professional career. In some instances, a cadetship may lead to a graduate job offer.
About Meet The Business Leader:
The format of the event will include a series of employers who have representatives available to speak to students and provide them with information on their cadet programs. There will also be a Leadership Lounge Q&A Panel Session, where industry leaders will provide insight into their backgrounds, advice for students and an understanding on how to excel in the recruitment process.
Making the most of the event: Students can get the most out of this event by familiarising themselves with the different organisations who offer cadetship programs in the lead up to the event. A number of the attendees are featured in our 2016 Employment Guide, which is available for download on our website, charteredaccountantsanz.com/guide
